Who Can Refer: Treatment centers, outpatient programs, social workers, probation officers, family members—or the individual themselves can refer.
Intake Process at a Glance:

Waitlist Notification - Individuals on our waitlist are contacted by text or email when a bed becomes available.

Phone Interview - We speak with the individual to confirm readiness and overall fit.

Full Application & Agreement - Accepted candidates complete the application and agree to all house rules and program expectations.

Eligibility Review - We confirm PMI number/insurance coverage, a primary Substance Use Disorder (SUD) diagnosis, an approved comprehensive assessment, and IOP enrollment (9+ hours per week).

Move-In Preparation - Move-in details are coordinated once acceptance and bed availability align.
Availability Note - Placement decisions are made based on availability and fit after all intake steps are completed.
