Intake Process at a Glance:

Eligibility Confirmed – Medicaid Insurance, primary diagnosis of Substance Use Disorder (SUD), qualified comprehensive assessment received and approved; IOP confirmed with 9+ hours/week of treatment.

Phone Interview – We speak with the individual to ensure a good fit and confirm acceptance.

Intake & Agreement – Resident completes the Intake Application and acknowledges the house rules.

Prepare for Move-In – Resident gets ready for their move-in date.
Note: Bed availability is first-come, first-served once all intake steps are completed.
